​BE Empowered camps are open to any and all Girls U9-U14 ​​

Camps will be held at United Sports and other surrounding venues.

Camp Highlights:

• Accomplished all female staff lead by Camp Director Becky Edwards

• Registration fee includes an official camp t-shirt

• Involves activities designed to improve overall skills and general knowledge in the sport

Tentative Camp Itinerary:

8:40am Registration

9:00-9:10am Introduction

9:10-9:30am Warm Up

9:35-10:10am Training Session 1

10:15-10:50am Training Session 2

10:50am-11:10am Snack Break

11:15am- 11:40am Technical/Finishing Game (Whole group)

11:45am-12:25pm Small Sided Games

12:30-1pm Question and Answer with Coaches (Players and Parents welcome)
