Penn Fusion Summer Classic

The “ 37th Annual” Penn Fusion Summer Classic is amongst the longest running youth tournament in EPYSA. The tournament will take place on August 9 and10, 2025 in West Chester, PA and surrounding areas. This years event will feature some exciting new changes, as it will be a 1-day event for boys and a 1-day event for girls. Making the tournament an ideal format to prepare for your fall season while reducing the 2 day commitment for players, coaches, and families. We have also extended the age groups to include U16 to U19 for any teams looking to play as a group before the long fall break.

Boys will play on August 9th, 2025

To insure the quality of service provided during our tournament, Sideline Soccer Solutions has appointed THS as the official Hospitality Service for all of our events. All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through THS to insure their place in our tournaments. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.

*As of November 2022 GotSport charges a “GotSport Software Fee” at each payment transaction, and for each registrant, in order for your team to register to participate.

*All credit card transactions come with a 4% bank processing fee

Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, Sideline Soccer Solutions reserves the right to alter schedules, fields, and playing times, and/or cancel any or all games impacted by weather conditions to maintain safe play conditions and/or keep on time.

Refund Policy: Only teams selecting to purchase the optional Event Cancellation Insurance will be entitled to a monetary refund in the event of a full or partial tournament cancellation. Any team not electing to purchase the optional event cancellation insurance (through the gotsport platform) will not receive a monetary refund and may be eligible for a CREDIT of a up to 50% of tournament entry fee due to cancellation. Should a team receive a credit due to cancellation, it must be used for another S3 event by July 31, 2026.
