To insure the quality of service provided during our tournament, Sideline Soccer Solutions has appointed THS as the official Hospitality Service for all of our events. All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through THS to insure their place in our tournaments. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.

College Coaches

Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, Sideline Soccer Solutions reserves the right to alter schedules, fields, and playing times, and/or cancel any or all games impacted by weather conditions to maintain safe play conditions and/or keep on time.

Refund Policy: Only teams selecting to purchase the optional Event Cancellation Insurance will be entitled to a monetary refund in the event of a full or partial tournament cancellation. Any team not electing to purchase the optional event cancellation insurance (through the Gotsport platform) will not receive a monetary refund and may be eligible for a CREDIT of a up to 50% of tournament entry fee due to cancellation. Should a team receive a credit due to cancellation, it must be used by October 1, 2025.
