What is required for Match Day?
- Host / Home team should confirm game schedule the Thursday prior to the game.
- Contact Info:
(1) Click on the Public Page Schedule
(2) Click the Gender, then the Schedule for the appropriate Age / Division.
(3) Scroll to the date of the game and click on opponent.
(4) Click on View Team Contact Information. - Host / Home team should confirm referee assignments.
- Home team as listed on the schedule is responsible for providing the Game Report Card to the referee.
- Printing Match Card:
(1) Log into your GotSport account (www.system.gotsport.com)
(2) From your Dashboard, Select "Team Management".
(3) On the Left select "Matches".
(4) On the Right Select "Print Match Card".
(5) Once the window pops up you will select "Standard" and click "Export" and "Photo" and click "Export". Bring both to the game. - Referee Fees are split by both teams and paid prior to the match.
- Teams verify in each player with the official roster / photos against the Match Card Roster.
- At the conclusion of the game, the HOME TEAM MUST get the Match Card from the Referee. Home team is responsible for entering and uploading the score, cautions and ejections:
(1) Log into your GotSport account (www.system.gotsport.com)
(2) From your Dashboard, Select "Team Management".
(3) On the Left select "Matches".
(4) On the Right Click "View Score".
(5) Once the window pops up you will enter the score under the correct team and click "Choose File" and upload the Match Card / Game Sheet. Once complete click "Save".
Who assigns the referees?
Teams are responsible for contacting their club assignor. Provided below is a link to the assignors for the respective clubs. If your club wants to add an additional assignor to this list, please contact the APL.

What are the 2022-23 referee fees (as of Sept 1, 2022)?
Pennsylvania / Delaware Fees
U9/10: $40 (2 x 25 minute halves)
U11/12: $48-$35-$35
U13/14: $56-$39-$39
U15/16: $67-$43-$43
U17-U19: $76-$49-$49
MD/NJ Fees
U9/10: $60 (2 x 25 minute halves)
U11/12: $80-$40-$40
U13/14: $90-$45-$45
U15/16: $100-$50-$50
U17-U19: $110-$55-$55
Are secondary players allowed?
We will allow for secondary passes as long as those teams understand the player must play with the Primary team if there is a conflict. We are allowing the “club” pass in which any player in your club, age appropriate, can play for your team.
Can you use US Club passes?
The APL is an Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer (EPYS / US Youth Soccer) sanctioned league.
What is the maximum roster size?
• For all U9 & U10 (7v7) cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 12.
• For all U11 & U12 (9v9) cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 16.
• For U13-U19 cup qualifying teams, the maximum number of players permitted on a roster at any one time is 22 with a game roster of 18 maximum.
Does the league qualify my team for state cups?
Yes, this is an Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer sanctioned league.
How much traveling is required of the APL?
The goal of this league is to make it convenient and flexible for all teams. We will do our best to schedule at neutral sites and schedule for doubleheaders when possible.
